The Coastal Culture Now! Foundation (Stiftinga Kystkultur no!) is a large gathering of events promoting culture from the west coast of Norway. This is a cooperation between 24 municipalities from Stadt in the north to Sveio in the south.These events features great diversity: boat trips,activities, concerts, lectures, cultural/historical hikes, markets, exhibitions and more. The events are made possible by a large group of local enthusiasts with pride in their own heritage and traditions.

 

The Coastal Culture Now! Foundation promotes and coordinates these events. Some objectives with these events is to create meeting points, shared experiences, connect to the coast and its traditions and strenghten people’s coastal identity.
